About
Walter Kraul GmbH is a family-owned German wooden toy maker based in Icking (near Munich), founded in the 1920s by Mara Kraul. The catalogue spans wooden toys, STEM experiment kits, outdoor toys and a smaller line of nine wooden board and card games. Their design philosophy is hands-on learning through the four elements (earth, water, air, fire), with most items manufactured and packaged in Germany from domestic wood. The Impressum lists managing director Christoph Kraul and a German VAT ID.
