Edition Erlkoenig is a small German publisher run as the partnership Heinrich Glumpler und Mario Truant GbR, based in Cologne and Ingelheim. It was founded in 1997 to publish the German edition of the Castle Falkenstein roleplaying game, added the German Tales of the Arabian Nights in 1999, and published its first self-designed board game, Street Illegal (Fette Autos), at Spiel 2002.
