Positech Games is a one-man indie video game developer founded in 1997 by Cliff Harris, who previously worked at Elixir Studio, Lionhead and Maxis. Harris does all programming, design, support and marketing himself using an engine he wrote from scratch, and the company produces PC-only strategy and simulation titles. Its catalogue spans the Democracy political-simulation series, the Gratuitous Space Battles real-time auto-battler, the factory-management game Production Line, the business simulation Big Pharma and the solitaire-style RPG card game Shadowhand.
