About
Hothead Games is an independent video game developer based at 1555 West Pender Street in Vancouver, British Columbia, founded in 2006. It began as a self-publishing console and PC studio, pivoted to mobile casual sports and shooters from 2011, and now also positions itself as a full-service development studio offering co-development, porting, live-ops and metaverse work for external clients. Its own catalog spans action, shooters, sports and role-playing titles, and it also builds licensed games for third-party IP holders.
