On Military Matters (OMM) is a specialist bookstore established in 1989 with a retail premises at 2809 Bridge Ave, Point Pleasant, New Jersey, run by owner Dennis Shorthouse. It sells new, used and out-of-print books on military history, wargaming and modelling, mail-order and over the counter, including large Osprey and other third-party lines plus miniatures. Alongside the retail business it operates a small in-house imprint, 'Published by On Military Matters', of roughly 96 in-stock titles - wargame rules, supplements and military history paperbacks such as the Combat Action Command, CrossF…
