Gonge is a Danish brand of educational movement and play equipment, part of A. Winther A/S. The Gonge family founded Skoleforlaget Gonge in 1966 as a publisher of preschool educational material; the turning point was the Giant Top toy, after which the company became a global developer of creative learning through physical play. A. Winther's own site states that Winther and Gonge merged on 1 July 2010, and gonge.com is now run by Winther A/S.
