The Nubian Jak Community Trust, founded in 2006 by Dr Jak Beula, is a UK charity that installs commemorative plaques, public memorials and sculptures honouring the contributions of Black and African Caribbean people in Britain and the diaspora. It has placed over 120 plaques and created the African and Caribbean War Memorial in Windrush Square, Brixton (2017) and the NHS Windrush Nurses and Midwives statue at Whittington Hospital (2021), and it became a formally registered Charitable Incorporated Organisation in 2018.
