Diputació de Barcelona

About

The Diputació de Barcelona is the provincial council (local government institution) of the province of Barcelona in Catalonia, covering 311 municipalities. It provides technical, economic and technological support to the municipalities of its territory and coordinates supramunicipal public services. It is an elected public body governed by mayors and councillors, not a game publisher; the two BGG titles on the record appear to be internal planning or educational material rather than a commercial catalogue.
