About
d0 Games is an independent tabletop publisher behind Art of War, a fully deterministic heavy-weight board game of conquest and diplomacy set in China's Warring States period (230-221 BCE). The site states a design philosophy of games with no dice and no shuffled card draw, built on area control, layered victory tracks and live diplomacy between eight rival states. The title is still pre-launch with a Kickstarter announced for late 2027; the company also runs a community Discord and publishes a designer seminar on randomness in games.
