About
Tactical Workshop is a small family-owned wargame publisher run out of Orlando, Florida, started in 2019 as a non-profit selling data-card add-ons for GMT's Red Storm and now focused on its own boxed titles. Its 'Fix Bayonets!' series is a hex-and-counter, battalion-level Napoleonic tactical system covering Albuera (1811), Bussaco (1810), Talavera (1809) and Auerstaedt (1806). After GameCrafter price increases made print-on-demand unviable, the company moved to a crowdfunding-then-bulk-printing model, warehousing finished games in Yokohama, Japan and manufacturing in China.
