About
The Naval Wargames Society was a British hobby society founded on 4 December 1965 by Phil Dunn and Colin Bishop to promote naval wargaming at all scales. It merged with the Battleship Club in 1994 and produced two member publications: the quarterly journal Battlefleet and the monthly newsletter All Guns Blazing (137 issues, 2007-2019), alongside free rules, fleet data and battle scenarios. The society ran for over fifty years, is no longer accepting new memberships, and the site now serves as a free archive of its publications for naval wargamers.
