About
Small artisanal game design and production company based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, founded by designer Zach Horton. Its Ancient Games trilogy consists of handmade re-creations of the Egyptian games Mehen and Men plus The Ur Variations, a variable set of eight games (four ancient, four newly designed by Horton). The company later moved into hobby-weight titles with Supernova, a spiral-movement game of orbital mechanics funded by Kickstarter backers in 2021, and its prequel Asteroid Field X, an economic mining game with hidden movement and sabotage.
