Spica Design (スピカデザイン) is a Japanese design firm in Asaka, Saitama, established 29 May 2012 and operated as a sole proprietorship (屋号) by Nobuo Oshita. It sells board game production as a service, taking client projects from the idea stage through design, prototyping and productisation, and also handles graphic design, logos, print and website work; its disaster-medical board game uncri!! (アンクラ!!) was selected as a Games for Change Awards 2026 finalist in the Best Board or Tabletop Game for Impact category.
