About
Ampersand Press is a small publisher of educational games and "intelligent diversions" based at 750 Lake Street, Port Townsend, Washington on the Olympic Peninsula, run by president Lou Haller. The catalogue is organised into themed lines covering science, food webs, the environment, preschool and word play, with card-and-quiz formats such as Good Heavens! (an astronomy game) that pair question-and-answer cards with an informational booklet. The site also runs an online shop selling educational stamps and accessories alongside the games.
