sangenya (サンゲンヤ)

About

sangenya was a small Osaka-based Japanese board game design and publishing circle founded in 2018, known for 富士山地下99階 (Fuji 99) and ABCダンジョン (ABC Dungeon), a tile-placement and area-majority game released at Game Market autumn 2019. The group announced a full suspension of team activity on 2021-12-31, after which lead member かどたとし continued solo and the site documents the spin-off team HEY!, which released 魔王様のお引越し in 2023. The website remains online as a WordPress blog but the circle itself is dormant.
