Semper Smart Games is a one-person educational game company run by founder Jim Moran, a retired US Coast Guard officer who has also worked as an SAT and ACT tutor for nearly two decades. Its core product is the patent-pending PlaySmart Dice system, specially numbered 25mm dice engineered to produce the addition and multiplication fact combinations children find hardest, so that math facts can be practised through play.
