About
Bucaneiros Jogos was founded in 2014 to provide board game accessories. Today they are Brazil’s largest manufacturer of card sleeves and board game inserts. Bucaneiros expanded to publishing in 2018, starting with A Tale of Pirates, Kingsburg, and Teotihuacan: City of Gods. In 2020, they began developing their own titles such as MARVEL Comic Hunters, MARVEL Battlegrounds, and MARVEL Spider-Web. In 2025 Bucaneiros Jogos is publishing ten card games by Brazilian designers, eight of them being finalists in a nationwide competition held by the publisher in 2024.
