Linden Lake Games is a Finnish board game company that designs historical simulation games, aiming for historical accuracy from illustrations through to the rules. Its philosophy is that games tell a story and let players explore how history might have unravelled had decisions at the turning points gone differently. The catalog consists of two two-player card-driven wargames, both fully bilingual in English and Finnish: 1918 – Brother Against Brother on the Finnish Civil War and Freezing Death – Finnish Winter War on the 1939–40 Winter War.
