Uhlan Games is a one-person design site run by Gerald Todd (BGG handle SgtTodd), publishing his own brigade-scale Civil War print-and-play games free of charge as downloadable PDFs. The core line is the Last Full Measure series of American Civil War battles (Kernstown, Shiloh, Gettysburg, Second Manassas, Trevilians Station and others) sharing one rules set and player aid. The site also hosts Musket Diplomacy, a Napoleonic-flavored six-player design, plus modules and variants for existing games including Vassal modules and Zun Tzu gameboxes.
