Lemada Light Industries Ltd. was founded in 1975 by the Hertzano family and is the Israeli company behind the Rummikub tile game, created by Ephraim Hertzano in the 1950s. Its factory covers more than 10,000 square meters and produces over 3 million games a year, mostly for export, alongside running the Rummikub brand and its world championships. Rummikub was the 1980 Spiel des Jahres winner and is sold in over 70 countries in 28 languages.
