Creepy Doll Studios is a one-person tabletop role-playing game design house run by Robert Nolan, launched in 2013 with the dice-driven 'ROLL-playing' game Bath Salts. Its stated design philosophy is that rules should shape how players speak, act and behave at the table rather than just handing them tools to tell a story, with mechanics such as in-game currency used to lock in tone, and with low prices and simple production so games get played rather than collected.
