Panda Game Manufacturing is a contract tabletop game manufacturer founded in Vancouver, Canada in 2007 by brothers Michael and Richard Lee, whose first production was Galactic Emperor for CrossCut Games and whose breakout title was Pandemic in 2008. It owns a factory in Shenzhen, China with roughly 600 workers where it handles printing, quality control and assembly, while its international team works remotely from the USA, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Chile and South Africa.
