About
Independence Games is a small RPG publisher based in Ringgold, Georgia, USA, founded in 2011 (the site states the company turned 14 in February 2025). It grew out of the Gypsy Knights gaming club that formed around a 1991 Traveller campaign and began publishing the Clement Sector line, a Cepheus Engine-derived science fiction setting. Its current ranges are Clement Sector and its spinoff Earth Sector, the Old West RPG Rider, and Action Movie Physics. In 2026 the 675-page Clement Sector core book was split into separate Core Rulebook, Core Setting Book and Character Creation Book titles.
