Kaliningrad-based game development studio that grew out of K-D LAB, founded in 1995 by the K-Division team led by Andrey "KranK" Kuzmin; KranX Productions itself was formed in 2004 jointly with publisher 1C. Their output is entirely PC video games, best known for the terraforming RTS Perimeter (2004, published worldwide by Codemasters) and its sequel Perimeter 2 (2008), the action/RPG/racing hybrid Vangers, and Samogonki (international title Spanking Runners).
