Lazy 8 Studios, LLC

About

Independent game studio founded in 2008 by Rob Jagnow and based in San Francisco, California. It is best known for Cogs, a steampunk physics puzzle game originally released in 2009 that was remastered in 2025, and for Extrasolar, a 30-day alternate reality game whose story played out across websites, video, PDFs and email. The studio has also taken on contract work alongside its first-party titles. Its catalogue spans puzzle and narrative/experimental genres, so the General / Multi-Genre category still fits.
