OKAZU brand is a small Japanese indie board and card game circle run by designer Hisashi Hayashi with artist ryo_nyamo, publishing one or two original titles a year at Tokyo Game Market and selling through specialist shops. Its best known designs are the Yokohama Shoshoden merchant series, Trains, String Railway, Metro X and Railway Boom, and the cooperative card game Bomb Squad, whose international edition Bomb Busters won the 2025 Spiel des Jahres and was the first win for a Japanese designer.
