Three-Headed Monster Games is a fellowship founded in 2009 by David Bowman (Sham), Michael Shorten (Chgowiz) and Michael Curtis (Amityville Mike) to help one another produce Old School Renaissance gaming material for Swords & Wizardry / original D&D. Under the Three-Headed Monster imprint the trio released Swords & Wizardry Quick Start, Swords & Wizardry Reference Sheets and Michael Curtis's megadungeon Stonehell Dungeon: Down Night-Haunted Halls, sold through Lulu, RPGNow and DriveThruRPG.
